By submitting your resume (CV) on our website you give European
Medical Staffing Ltd. expressed permission to share your resume
with select hospital partners and other third party service
providers such as immigration attorneys for the purpose of
reviewing your credentials to determine if you meet the requirements
for employment at these healthcare facilities and if an offer of
employment can be extended.

Travis County, Texas, United States of America, shall have exclusive
jurisdiction and venue over any action arising out of or relating to

jurisdiction over you, is an improper venue, or is an inconvenient
forum.
