Nurses
from Australia who Australian citizens and have obtained
a Bachelor's degree in Nursing can work in the United
States with an E-3 visa. The E-3 visa is very
similar to the H-1B visa. One main difference
between the E-3 and the H-1B visa is that the spouses of
nurses on an E-3 visa can obtain a work authorization in
the United States based on the E-3 status of the nurse.

You will reimburse you for US$1,750 for your initial
expenses to obtain a Texas nursing license after we
place you at a hospital in the US.
You will not sign a contract until you agree to work in
a specific US hospital and until you had the opportunity
to review the employment contract with one of our
attorneys.
Let's get started
As the first step you
need to submit your Australian nursing education to
CGFNS International for evaluation. We recommend
that you obtain a nursing license in the state of Texas
initially. This requires the CGFNS CES Full report
(http://www.cgfns.org/sections/programs/ces/).
You
also have to meet the following requirements:

Preferably have at least 2 years of work experience as a nurse.

Obtain a US
state nursing license and a
VisaScreen™
certificate.

Ability to pay all cost to obtain a US nursing license and
the
VisaScreen™
certificate (approximately US$1,600).
