Who We Are
 
European Medical Staffing specializes in International Human Resource Management for the Medical  Profession.  We assist registered nurses and other medical professionals from Europe and other select countries to obtain the necessary credentials to work in the United States and place them with reputable US hospitals.
 
Our approach to medical staff recruiting is quite different than many other companies.  When we started we  asked ourselves what would be the best approach to international medical staff recruiting.  We analyzed the existing situation and quickly learned from experiences others made in the past.
 
We work in countries which have relatively few cultural differences compared to the United States.  We work in countries where many nurses speak fluent English.  We work in countries from which nurses can visit the United States for employment interviews at US hospitals (depending on visa availability).  We properly prepare all international nurses we work with for employment in an American hospital from medical English to cultural training and expect the same from the facilities we work with.
 
Our professional team of nurses, educators, lawyers and consultants has many years of experience in the medical field, understands the needs of US hospitals and we are ready to work with you.

Our Mission Statement

We create successful and mutually beneficial, long-term employment relationships between well qualified, trained and prepared medical staff from Europe and other select countries and reputable and desirable health care providers in the United States.
 
We do so by being honest and straightforward with all involved parties.  We do not engage in any unethical activities or conduct.  We will not make any promises we cannot keep. 

 

It is our responsibility to make sure that all involved parties fully understand every aspect of the process and
are fully trained and prepared.  Only this way can one create successful and mutually beneficial, long-term employment relationships.
 
Last but not least, we do not work in countries which experience a substantial nursing shortage themselves.
